Returns & Refund Policy

At Eth Leisure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return, exchange, or request a refund, we make the process as smooth as possible. Please note that Eth Leisure reserves the right to modify its delivery, shipping, return, replacement, and refund policies at any time.

Our Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Products not part of ongoing sales are eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds are issued after the returned product passes a quality check, which usually takes 4–5 days, followed by 5–10 business days to complete the refund to your account.

  • Delivery charges will be refunded if the product is faulty or damaged and all items from the order are returned at once.

  • All items must be returned with complete and intact packaging. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed for items returned without original packaging or accessories.

Faulty / Damaged Products

  • Orders will be refunded if the product is received faulty or damaged, or reported faulty within 5 days of delivery (exceptions apply for sale items).

  • Returned products must include all manuals, tags, and packaging. Refunds will not be processed if any items are missing or damaged.

  • Products reported faulty after the 7-day window will fall under the manufacturer’s warranty. Eth Leisure customer support can assist with after-sales service through the supplier.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  1. Products with damaged fabric, scratches, stains, or marks

  2. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning

  3. Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers

  4. Products returned without all original packaging and accessories

  5. Items damaged due to misuse

  6. Opened, tested, worn, washed, or sprayed items

  7. Wrong size returns will not be entertained

Courier Returns

  • Contact our customer support at [insert email/contact info] to arrange courier collection.

  • Refunds will be processed after the quality check has been completed.

Charges & Delivery

  • Returns for faulty or damaged products are free of charge.

  • Returns due to a change of mind may incur charges.

  • Delivery charges will be refunded only if the return is made within seven working days and all products in the order are returned.

Getting Your Refund

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card, Razorpay, or PhonePe).

  • Cash on delivery orders are not eligible for direct refunds; store credit may be offered instead.

  • All promotional items purchased together must also be returned.

How to Return / Exchange

  1. Go to “My Account”

  2. Click on “Account Information” → “My Returns” → “New Return / Exchange Request”

  3. Select the order(s) and eligible item(s)

  4. Choose the return reason and attach a photo if needed

  5. Add any comments and your contact number
